SI1211

Off-line, inductorless AC input linear regulator

The SI1211 is a compact, off-line linear voltage regulator with a non-inductive design. By adjusting the SEL pin resistance, the AS3310 can obtain a 5V/3.3V second gear output voltage. The SI1211 is a simple and reliable off-line power supply solution for offset power supply.

SI1211 integrates 650V power MOSFET, start control circuit, VDD voltage control circuit, AC signal synchronous detection circuit, low voltage difference regulator, etc. The chip intelligently controls the AC energy input to reduce the system loss, improve the system efficiency, and effectively reduce the system standby.

The SI1211 integrates complete protection functions with self-recovery: VDD undervoltage protection, VDD overvoltage protection, output overload protection, output undervoltage protection, lightning surge protection and built-in overtemperature protection.
