Integrated constant current function, off-line current mode PWM controller

The KP201LGA is a high-performance PWM controller designed for off-line flyback power supplies.

Integrated with the universal primary constant current control technology, the chip can support intermittent mode and continuous mode, which is suitable for isolated power supply applications with constant current output.

The KP201LGA has an internal high-precision 65kHz switching frequency oscillator with buffing to optimize EMI performance. The chip operates in green energy saving mode and burp mode, and can obtain standby power consumption of less than 75mW.

The KP201LGA integrates complete protection features, including: VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), VDD overvoltage protection (OVP), cycle by cycle current limitation, short circuit protection (SCP), overload protection (OLP), overheat protection, soft start, VDD clamping and CS pin open protection.
