The AS8111STA is a high-performance quasi-resonant mode non-isolated controller that delivers high precision constant voltage and constant current output performance. In the constant voltage output mode, the AS8111 adopts a multi-mode operation mode, that is, the combination of amplitude modulation control (AM) and frequency modulation control (FM), which improves the efficiency and reliability of the system. In the constant current output mode, the chip adopts the frequency modulation control mode, and integrates the constant current compensation of line voltage and load voltage. With the AS8111, you can work with no noise, and at the same time, you can ensure excellent dynamic performance.


High performance constant voltage output is achieved with integrated line loss compensation. The AS8111STA integrates a variety of protection functions: VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), VDD Overvoltage protection (OVP), cycle duration current protection (OCP), short circuit protection (SLP), Gate clamping and VDD clamping.


AS8111STA has a great drive capacity, the maximum external MOS tube can achieve 400W power, constant voltage and constant current function is very suitable for motor drive, high voltage lamp controller, intelligent lighting front stage and so on.
