The NDP23A5QB is an efficient, single-chip synchronous buck DC/DC converter with a jitter frequency and average current mode control architecture. Capable of delivering continuous loads up to 15A with excellent line and load regulation capabilities.


The device operates from 7V to 30V and offers adjustable output voltages from 1V to 25V. The NDP23A5QB features short circuit and thermal protection circuits to improve system reliability. Internal soft start avoids input surge current during startup. The NDP23A5QB requires only a minimum number of external components and a full range of protection features to improve reliability.
